The Process Start to Finish

Thinking about booking your first boudoir session? This is such an exciting time! You are probably feeling so many emotions and wondering what is going to happen throughout the whole process. Buckle up girl because you are in for the ride of your life!

The first step is always the hardest, but it all starts by reaching out. This is where we see if we are a good fit for each other and you get a peek into the world of boudoir with us to see if you are ready to jump in. After we share all of the details and you decide to move forward we get to schedule your amazing day of sexy! When scheduling your session, you will want to keep in mind if you want to have everything in hand by a certain date or in time for a special occasion. Our turn around time here at the studio is around 4 weeks, but rush orders are available for those that can’t wait to have everything in their hands.

The next step in the process is outfits! This is THE BEST part in my opinion because we get to find out more about your style, as well as really shape what you want your session to look like. We have a client closet here at the studio which will be sent to you to browse through. When browsing through our closet take note of styles that you like and that you don’t like, this will give us a better idea of where to start looking. If you find the perfect outfit scrolling through the closet then that’s one outfit down! As part of the process, once we figure out some of the styles or aspects of outfits that you like we hit the internet and find a few outfits to send over as suggestions.

Leading up to your session we are 100% here for you and ready to give any support and be your personal hype team to get you pumped and ready! We will be checking in with you periodically to talk about outfits and to see if you’re thinking of including anything special prop wise.

Then comes basically Christmas….your session date! This day is 100% FOR YOU AND ABOUT YOU!! We suggest taking the day off to ensure there are no worries about having to run off afterwards or be rushing through your session. Once you arrive at the studio we will have a complimentary glass of champagne or mimosa ready for you to get you fired up. The jams will be flowing and going as we take you through the studio to the dressing room where we will unpack and hang up all the gorgeous outfits and props that you brought along with you.

From there the fun is ready to begin as you hop into the hair and makeup chair with Jackie to get all done up! Don’t worry about having a makeup and hair look all picked out because we will suggest a few different options that will go great along with what you’ve brought for your session. After hair and makeup, now comes the moment you've been waiting for...time to get dressed up and ready to go (well more like dressed down lol).

Once you've hopped into your first outfit then we are all ready to start your amazing session! Nerves are totally normal girl and we are going to get through them together with your favorite playlist booming through the studio. Don’t worry about posing or feeling like you look awkward Jackie will be helping you with posing, and if it feels awkward it just means that you’re doing it right! I know that sounds weird but Jackie would not steer you wrong with the posing.

The experience isn’t over yet as after your session we get to schedule your reveal! Two short weeks from your session date we get to re-live the experience by going through and choosing your favorite images for your album or as digitals. After your reveal Jackie will get to work with creating your album and send over a preview to you before ordering. Once everything is ordered it’s a waiting game with the postal system and checking the mailbox three to ten times a day. Once it’s arrived we will shoot you a text to arrange for you to pop by the studio and pick it up!
